Well here we go again! Because we failed the first test, we decided to take the test again and, since what seems like half the population has flown across the ditch, we thought we need to go and see why! With our first trip ending so quickly we are NOT planning on a repeat of that performance. Last year, between poor Vern feeling so unwell, me trying to change air tickets and throwing things into the bag to catch the next flight, Vern putting on my Lulu Lemon pants instead of his track pants for the flight home and saying a disappointing farewell to Georgia and Hannah we want to pass this test with flying colours. By the way – he did change the pants – he wouldn’t have been able to breathe if he hadn’t! We have even managed to pack the bags without falling out which is a good start and so we are heading off with he in charge of the “B’s” (bags) and me in charge of the “P’s (paperwork – and pills of which we have enough for almost every and any medical event) we are almost ready for the airport. The clothing covers everything from a heatwave to a cyclone and it never ceases to amaze me that as we have gotten older, we have almost as much room taken up in the cases for meds as we do for clothes! Heaven forbid – I am wondering if Border Security are going to empty the bags to check. I am just hoping that they take one look at us oldies and wave us on through. Perhaps if I get my Nitrolingual spray out of the bag just as we hit the checkout that might hurry them up! Anyway, we will keep you posted on how we get on. I am just praying that we do get on because I have done the planning for this little adventure and the travelling companion might not give me a good review.

Happy holiday Shannon and Vern. We hope it all goes perfectly this time round. We look forward to the updates of your activities.
Love to you both
Jill and Tony
